Scott is the Chief Executive Officer and a founding partner of Nilsine Partners, where he leads the firm’s mission to deliver thoughtfully personalized wealth management to individuals, families, and business owners. With nearly 20 years of experience, he’s passionate about serving clients, supporting his team, and driving the firm’s long-term vision.

Before co-founding Nilsine Partners in 2021, Scott was a Senior Vice President and Wealth Management Advisor at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, where he served clients for 16 years. His decision to launch an independent firm was driven by a simple but powerful goal: to create a space where advice is personal, innovative, and truly customized to each client.

Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Economics from Utah State University. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. and holds the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) designation.

He currently serves on the Foundation Board at Utah State University and has previously held board roles with Lupus Colorado and the university’s Executive Alumni Board.

A Colorado native, Scott lives in Lone Tree with his wife, Annie, and their three daughters. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him golfing, traveling with his family, practicing yoga, skiing, or cheering on his local teams – the Broncos, Avalanche, Nuggets, Rockies – or his Utah State Aggies.

Brett R. Bills, CRPC®

Chief Investment Officer | Partner

Brett is currently Chief Investment Officer | Partner of Nilsine Partners. He was previously a Senior Vice President Wealth Management Advisor and Portfolio Manager at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management from 2001 until founding Nilsine Partners in 2021.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with minors in Economics and German from Utah State University. Brett has his Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation. Brett lives with his wife Jocelyn and their four children in Highlands Ranch. He spends as much time as he can with his family and enjoys coaching all his kids’ various sports teams. In his free time, he also enjoys golf, fly fishing, bird hunting and travel. He will always be loyal to his Colorado sports teams as well as his Utah State Aggies.

Aaron P. Seeman

Chief Experience Officer | Partner

Aaron is currently the Chief Experience Officer and a Partner at Nilsine Partners. Aaron began his career with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in 2000 and achieved firsthand experience in various departments such as Ultra High Net Worth Services, Bookkeeping, and Operations. He was most recently a Senior Vice President Wealth Management Advisor and Portfolio Manager at Merrill Lynch until founding Nilsine Partners.

As a member of the team, his true passion is being a key contact for the families and foundations he serves. He is committed to delivering high-level solutions and working with external professionals to implement various charitable and trust strategies.

Aaron is originally from Texas but considers Denver home after living in Colorado for over 30 years. He currently lives in Parker, CO, with his wife Corie, and two children, Melody and Merrick. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time skiing on the slopes of the Rocky Mountains, making music, all things mechanical, and helping coach sports.

Joshua P. DeLoach, CFP®, CSRIC®

Chief Strategy Officer | Partner

Josh is a founding partner and Chief Strategy Officer at Nilsine Partners, where he helps guide the firm’s vision and growth. He’s been in the financial industry since 2011, including nearly a decade at Merrill Lynch before launching Nilsine in 2021.

He holds a BSBA in Finance & Economics from Nichols College and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) ™ professional. Josh also earned the Chartered SRI Counselor™ (CSRIC®) designation, reflecting his commitment to sustainable investing and fiduciary excellence.

Originally from Clearwater, Florida, Josh now lives in Denver with his wife Chelsea, their daughter Tullen, son Ramsen, and their pup Juke. He’s a lifelong hockey fan, avid reader, and embraces an active lifestyle — balancing mountain adventures with cold plunges, sauna sessions, hiking, running, chasing birdies on the golf course, and a steady mindfulness practice.

Teresa L. Friess, CRPC®

Executive Director | Compliance

Teresa is currently an Executive Director at Nilsine Partners and supports the compliance team. She began her financial services career in 1986. Her love of math and people have made for an exciting career. Teresa enjoys the challenge of problem-solving, and this skill has developed into leadership and mentoring roles. She was previously a Senior Vice President Wealth Management Advisor at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management until becoming Managing Director of Nilsine Partners in 2021.

In early 2020, she received the Sue Haskoor Lifetime Achievement Award for advancing women’s lives through mentoring, advocacy, leadership and community. An Oklahoma native, Teresa received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Denver. She has continued her education over the years, and she holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation.

Teresa is actively involved with her church, participates in pickleball, and loves serving her community by volunteering. Her family remains a priority and a fun part of her life.

Jenny Boyle

Director | Strategic Initiatives

Jenny Boyle joined Nilsine Partners in November 2022 and is the Director of Strategic Initiatives. Starting in the financial services industry in 2007, she previously worked in client service and advisory roles and understands the importance of client partnership and advocacy.

Jenny earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Illinois and moved to Colorado in 2012 after growing up and living in the Midwest. She is passionate about animal welfare and affordable access to healthcare for all, currently serving as Co-Chair on the Uptown Community Health Center’s Board of Directors. Jenny enjoys living in downtown Denver with her rescue pets and outside of work, she loves to travel, spend time with friends, and participate in outdoor activities – particularly golfing, hiking, and camping.

Sofia Collins

Client Relationship Manager

Sofia joined Nilsine Partners in September of 2025 as a Client Relationship Manager. Before joining Nilsine, she worked as an Associate Consultant and Program Manager in both startup and corporate environments. Sofia graduated from the University of Florida with a focus in Management and Information Systems. 

Sofia joined due to the trust and confidence she has seen the firm build with clients and within the team. She is passionate about being a part of something bigger than herself and creating a lasting impact that helps others. Although she is originally from South Florida, Sofia loves all things seasonal and is exploring more of Colorado since moving from Boston. Her hobbies include lifting, skiing, hiking, and learning to cook new foods. 

Carter Hall

Investment Analyst

Carter is currently an Investment Analyst at Nilsine Partners, where he supports the firm’s investment research, portfolio construction, and structured product strategies. He works closely with the Chief Investment Officer on equity analysis, market outlooks, and helping to develop investment models that align with client goals. This is Carter’s first role after graduating from college, and he brings a thoughtful, disciplined approach to his work and a strong desire to keep learning and growing in the field. He holds a Series 65 registration.

Originally from Alpine, Utah, Carter earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Economics from Brigham Young University–Hawaii. He also completed minors in Visual Arts and Health & Human Performance. While in school, he served as President of the Economics Club, worked as a Teacher’s Assistant for the Business Program Lead, and was recognized with the Outstanding Graduate Award for his track.

Outside of work, Carter enjoys skiing, surfing, golf, fishing, and staying active through regular exercise. He values routine but enjoys a good adventure and is always looking for new ways to challenge himself—both professionally and personally.

Noah D. Kay

Senior Client Relationship Manager

Noah is currently a Senior Client Relationship Manager at Nilsine Partners. Immediately after graduation, Noah began his career in the Financial Services industry, holding various positions throughout the country while working for Merrill Lynch over 22 years. Noah past experiences include time in Advisory Services, Insurance and Annuities, Asset Transition Services, Alternative Investments and most recently as a Registered Senior Wealth Management Associate.  Noah has been with the team since 2017 transitioned to Nilsine Partners as a Client Relationship Manager in 2021.

Noah was born and raised in Colorado. He graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor’s degree in Consumer Sciences with an emphasis in Finance. Noah previously held Series 6 & 7, security registrations and still holds his Series 66 registration.  Noah strongly emphasizes building strong relationships with clients as he navigates their needs.

Noah lives in Aurora with his husband Ben and their three dogs, Missy, Bagel & Legend. Noah is an avid Denver sports fan and enjoys spending time with his family, and enjoys traveling, bowling, golfing, hiking and his Pups!

Liz Landsinger

Wealth Advisor

Liz Landsinger joined Nilsine Partners as a Wealth Advisor in April 2025. Prior to joining the team, Liz spent the last 4 years at Bernstein and most recently served as a Relationship Manager on their Ultra-High Net Worth platform. Liz is passionate about helping clients get the most out of their wealth by understanding and acting on the values and priorities that are most important to them.

She brings with her a diverse background, having received her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Bryant University in Smithfield, RI, as well as a Master of Arts in Acting from the Academy of Art in San Francisco, CA.

Originally from Massachusetts, Liz has lived coast to coast but put down roots in Denver in 2020 due to her love for the outdoors. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, running, golfing, playing volleyball, and spending time with her husband and their Siberian cat, Gizmo.

Devin Pope, CFP®, MBA

Devin Pope is a Senior Wealth Advisor at Nilsine Partners with more than 20 years of experience helping clients navigate complex financial decisions. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional and holds an MBA from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Devin’s approach to wealth management is grounded in building long-term relationships and delivering personalized strategies. His areas of focus include retirement planning, cash flow analysis, tax planning, insurance, and estate planning. With a comprehensive and thoughtful approach, Devin aims to help clients gain clarity and confidence in their financial futures.

Deeply committed to community involvement, Devin serves on the Board of Directors for both the Utah Humane Society and the Greater Salt Lake Area Chapter of the American Red Cross. He is also a member of the Salt Lake Estate Planning Council.

Outside the office, Devin enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the outdoors. From skiing to hiking, he takes full advantage of the recreational opportunities Utah has to offer.

Michelle L. Price

Senior Client Relationship Manager

Michelle joined Nilsine Partners in March 2022.  With 25 years in the financial services industry, Michelle follows a disciplined process that begins first with taking the time to get to know each client, their individual circumstances and learning what matters to them most.  She is passionate about delivering excellent service.

Michelle and her husband moved to Colorado 5 years ago.  Michelle enjoys the outdoors, traveling, cooking and most of all spending time with her two dogs.  As a Wisconsin native, Michelle is an avid Green Bay Packers fan.

Dianna K. Saya

Director | Client Services

Dianna currently serves as a Director of Client Services at Nilsine Partners. Dianna began her career in customer service directly out of college. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Colorado Mesa University. After 12 years in hotel management, she joined Merrill Lynch as a Client Associate. Over the next 18 years, she had various positions within Merrill and quickly ascended to Wealth Management Associate before joining Nilsine Partners as a Client Relationship Manager in 2021. Through three decades of client service, she has learned and understands the value of building long-term relationships.

Dianna and her husband Joshua live in Lakewood with their two rescue puppies. She is a proud stepmother of 2 daughters and an aunt to many. When not indulging her life-long passion for the Denver Broncos, she can be found on the water – boating, water skiing, and fishing.

Samuel B. Stacey, CEPA®, ABFP™

Wealth Advisor

Sam joined Nilsine Partners in the spring of 2022. He is registered as a wealth advisor and works closely with the other advisors on the team. Sam received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing at the Marriott School of Business, Brigham Young University, with an emphasis in Consumer Behavior and Brand Management. Sam has earned the Certified Exit Planning Advisor® (CEPA®) designation through the Exit Planning Institute. He also holds the Accredited Behavioral Finance Professional™ (ABFP™) designation.

Sam dedicates himself to being a fiduciary for each client. He works closely with business owners and executives in helping them plan and prepare for their strategic growth and potential liquidity events.

Sam is originally from Alpine, Utah, but now lives in Colorado with his wife, Annika and their son Dorin. He and his family enjoy traveling, hiking, skiing, and supporting the various sporting events that Colorado has to offer. In his free time, Sam loves golfing, all water sports, and woodworking.

Missy Straw

Chief Compliance Officer

Missy serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Nilsine Partners. Missy began working in the financial services industry with Merrill Lynch in 2006, where she worked in various roles ranging from cashiering/wire operator and assisting the office management team with compliance policy adherence and the mitigation of risk. She was most recently a Registered Wealth Management Client Associate from 2017 until joining Nilsine Partners in 2021 as a Client Relationship Manager.

Missy is a Colorado native and currently lives in the Morrison area with her husband, Mike, and their two daughters, Riley and McKenna. Family involvement continues to be at her core, spending as much time as possible traveling, camping and boating with her family. She loves to cheer on Riley and McKenna in their sports activities and volunteer at their school. In her free time, Missy is often found cooking or gardening, which she is also passionate about.

Maddie Testwuide CFP®

Senior Wealth Advisor

Maddie joined Nilsine Partners in April 2025. Prior to joining Nilsine, she was a Senior Client Advisor at one of the nation’s leading multi-family offices. In her role, Maddie was responsible for providing high-net-worth clients with proactive, highly personalized advice across Investment Management, Wealth Planning, Tax Strategies, Estate Planning, Trust Administration, and Family Office Services.

Maddie is deeply committed to building lasting client relationships and takes pride in helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of wealth with care and precision. She is dedicated to delivering holistic, customized solutions with a particular focus on helping families align their financial goals across generations and supporting the advancement of women in wealth.

She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional, a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor, and a graduate of Cannon Trust School. Maddie earned her B.A. in Economics and Communication from Denison University, where she was inducted into the Omicron Delta Epsilon and Lambda Pi Eta Honor Societies.

Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Maddie now lives in Centennial with her husband, Mike, and their young daughter, Hallie. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, and exploring the Colorado mountains.

Christine Wang, CFP®

Senior Wealth Advisor

Christine joined Nilsine Partners as Senior Wealth Advisor in May 2023. Prior to joining the team, Christine spent the previous 10+ years at Charles Schwab providing customized wealth management to high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and entrepreneurs.

Christine is passionate about helping clients achieve their personal version of “financial freedom” and empowering women in financial matters. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Christine specializes in developing and implementing customized wealth plans based on each client’s unique situation. Her expertise includes investment advice, executive compensation, cash flow analysis, retirement planning, and estate planning.

Christine is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and earned her BSBA degree from the University of Central Florida with a focus on Finance and Accounting. She was born and raised in Florida but has settled down in Colorado with her husband, Ryan and dog, Marley. Outside of the office, they enjoy time with friends and family, the great outdoors (skiing/snowboarding, hiking, boating, tennis, and exploring national parks), music, cooking, and relaxing.

Dan Weeks is the Director of Private Markets at Nilsine Partners. With over 19 years of experience, Dan has spent most of his career serving the complex financial needs of business owners, entrepreneurs, and muti-generational families. He is passionate about making private market investments accessible and understandable to all investors.

Dan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Kansas Wesleyan University. He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM designation and is a CAIA charter holder. Dan is a Colorado native. He lives in Castle Rock with his wife, Melanie, and their three boys. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, golf, mountain biking and good barbecue.
