Dan Weeks, CFP®, CFBA, CFWA
Dan is a Senior Advisor at Nilsine Partners. He has over 16 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Nilsine Partners, Dan spent the previous eight years with the Private Wealth Management group at a mid-sized regional bank. Most recently, he served as Managing Director for the bank’s multi-family office (MFO), which he had the opportunity to lead efforts to build and launch. The MFO served the needs of business owners, entrepreneurs and multi-generational enterprise families.
Dan’s experience working with entrepreneurs and multi-generational enterprise families provides him with a unique perspective on wealth and its purpose in helping clients achieve their goals. He enjoys helping families navigate the complexities of wealth and family dynamics. He is also passionate about rising gen leadership development, financial education and helping clients maximize their impact through charitable giving and community involvement.
Dan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Kansas Wesleyan University. In addition to being a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional, Dan holds Dual Certificates in Family Business and Family Wealth Advising (CFBA/CFWA), granted by Family Firm Institute’s Global Education Network.
Dan is a Colorado native. He lives in Castle Rock with his wife, Melanie, and their three boys. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, golf, good barbecue and enjoying the great outdoors.
